Remix the Rails: "The Next (and Next) Train"

Web Extras | Mar 9, 2011

After we announced our Remix the Rails song contest late last week, some of our listeners spent the weekend transforming eight sound clips of ambient subway noise into pretty impressive songs. Here's a sample of what we received.

"The Next (and Next) Train" comes from a listener named Lebeat. "I had a lot of fun taking part of the challenge," writes Lebeat. "I only used the sounds that were provided on the downloads. Thanks for everything! love you guys."

Check out Lebeat's work above. Think you can top it? You could win a 30-day MetroCard. Read our rules and submit your entry by 9 a.m. on Monday, March 14.
