The Rural Alberta Advantage's new LP, Departing, is the band’s first album released on Conor Oberst’s stalwart indie label Saddle Creek. The Canadian percussive folk band, which has been compared to The Arcade Fire and Neutral Milk Hotel, kicks off a tour to celebrate the new release in New York City this weekend before heading to the 2011 SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas. The driving force of the band's sound comes from Paul Banwatt's drum kit. On this track, “Stamp,” he furiously blasts away behind singer and guitarist Nils Edenloff and the backing vocals of multi-instrumentalist Amy Cole.
