But what happens if an artist pockets their fundraised dough—and then fails to complete their stated project? Crowd-sourcing expert Daren Brabham of UNC Chapel Hill, Chicago Tribune reporter Christopher Borrelli and intellectual property attorney Jonathan Reichman join us to discuss this and other possible legal shortcomings of crowd-funding.
