120 Artists, 15 Countries: Brooklyn Museum's Radical Latina Art Show

Carmen Hermo, Assistant Curator at the Brooklyn Museum’s Sackler Center for Feminist Art, talks about their upcoming show, "Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960-1985." Featuring more than 120 artists from fifteen countries, the show focuses on their use of the female body for political and social critique through artistic expression. 

Radical Women will be on view at the Brooklyn Museum from April 13 through July 22. The film series Mujeres Rebeldes: Radical Women on Film begins April 19. Iris Morales, Rosa Clemente and Victoria Barrett will be in conversation about the exhibit on April 26 at 7 pm. Details are on the museum's website.
