In Studio: Bill Frisell and Vinicius Cantuária

Jazz-guitarist Bill Frisell and Brazilian singer-songwriter Vinicius Cantuária have crossed paths many times in their musical careers. The two have played together for over 20 years, but their new album, called "Lagrimas Mexicanas" - which combines Frisell’s improvisatory style of playing and Cantuária’s Bossa Nova grooves, is their first full-on collaboration. They join us to talk about the record and play live in the studio. Check out the video below of their live performance of "Calle 7."
