The New Jersey band Real Estate made a big splash with their surf-tinged debut album in 2009, and a bigger record label came calling. But even though several of the band’s members no longer live in the suburbs, they still draw on those roots for inspiration. The band returns to our studio to play live from their second album, “Days.”
