MP3 Players in Federal Prisons

Although it seems like portable radios, CD players, Walkmans have been relegated to the past, today they're the only types of music players (if any) available for use in federal prisons. A new program currently being tested, however, would allow MP3 players and MP3s behind bars. Joining us to explain is Associated Press correspondent Vicki Smith, and Benjamin Harbert, Assistant Professor of Music at Georgetown University.
