Angelo Gaja and Gaia Gaja, father-daughter team of winemakers, talk about the legendary Gaja winery, which Angelo has run for 33 years. Angelo Gaja is almost single-handedly responsible for the current vogue for Italian fine wine today. His daughter, Gaia, has been working closely to continue this legacy which includes expansion into two new properties in Tuscany.
