Brooklyn Site Wins Pulitzer for National Reporting

A small, Brooklyn-based online news site dedicated to covering the environment won the 2013 Pulitzer Prize for national reporting.

Inside Climate News won the award for its multi-part series on the 2010 pipeline oil spill in Michigan's Kalamazoo River. 

David Sassoon is the founder and publisher of Inside Climate News. He spoke Tuesday with WNYC’s Soterios Johnson.
