"It's the responsibility of white people to talk to white people," says Whitney Dow, filmmaker, educator, creator of The Whiteness Project. "I'm not qualified to have cross-race discussions, I'm qualified to talk to my own community."

Dow talks about his work exploring the attitudes of people who identify as white as the U.S. approaches a non-white majority. He shares what he heard from blue-collar residents of Buffalo, New York and millennials in Dallas, Texas.
