Danielle Ofri talks about becoming a doctor at Bellevue, the oldest public hospital in the country, Singular Intimacies.
On Thursday, April 3rd at 7:00pm, Dr. Ofri will take part in a panel discussion at The Rockefeller University. The event, called Compelled to Create?: Artists and Scientists on the Process of Discovery, will be moderated by Kurt Anderson, host of public radio's Studio 360. Besides Dr. Ofri, panelists are actor and director Alan Alda, graphic designer Paula Scher, nobel laureate in medicine Gunter Blobel, and artist Frank Stella. The event is free and open to the public; seating will be on a first-come, first served basis. Location is the University's Caspary Auditorium, York Avenue at East 66th Street.
