New Sounds | May 24, 2010
Can the tiny gesture yield the big statement? That is the question posed in this edition of New Sounds, as we focus on songs less two minutes long. Among the composers of these miniatures are Bun Ching Lam, Brian Agro, Will Ackerman, Michael Nyman, Gebhard Ullmann, DJ Vadim, and many others. While some are amusing, and others display a furrowed brow, each captures a fleeting moment through music.
