Second Man Arrested in Immigrant's Death

The Brooklyn district attorney's office says a second arrest has been made in the hate crime killing of an Ecuadorean immigrant.
The arrest was made early this morning in Yonkers.
New York City police had released a video of the suspect, 28-year-old Keith Phoenix, and had offered a reward for information leading to his capture.
Another man has pleaded not guilty to a hate crime murder charge in the case.
The police commissioner, mayor and Brooklyn prosecutor have scheduled a press conference for shortly after noon today.
Jose Sucuzhanay and his brother were attacked in December as they walked arm-in-arm in Brooklyn. Authorities say Sucuzhanay was beaten with a bat and kicked by men shouting anti-Hispanic and anti-gay slurs.
