Federal Prosecutors to Examine Westchester Death

Federal prosecutors say they'll take a look at the case of a homeless Guatemalan man who died in Westchester County last year. A jury yesterday acquitted former Mount Kisco Police Officer George Bubaris in the death of 42-year-old Rene Perez. Federal authorities say they'll review the evidence in the case to determine if any federal criminal civil rights laws were violated.
