Transit Workers Often Last to Know About Delays

WNYC News | Jul 12, 2010

Transit riders weren't the only ones experiencing confusion during Wednesday's storm that shut down the subways. The station agents also had trouble at times finding out which trains were down. The MTA says a task force will look into communications and other problems connected to Wednesday's storm in a report requested by Governor Spitzer.
