Two Officers in Sean Bell Shooting to Face Manslaughter Charges

Two of the three city police officers indicted in the Sean Bell shooting will face charges of manslaughter when they surrender Monday. That's according to a source close to the probe, who also told the Associated Press that a third officer will be charged with reckless endangerment.
The three officers were indicted Friday, and prosecutors say the grand jury's findings will be unsealed Monday. The anonymous source says Michael Oliver, who fired 31 times, and Gescard Isnora, who fired 11 bullets, face felony manslaughter charges, while Marc Cooper, who fired four shots, will face the misdemeanor endangerment charge.
The New York Post is reporting that Isnora will face the manslaughter charge because he was the first officer to fire on Sean Bell's car outside a Queens strip club on November 25th, killing Bell and wounding two of his friends.
