Bronx Fire Victims Buried in Mali

The cab driver who lost his wife and four children in one of the city's worst fires has arrived in his native Mali to bury their bodies.

The remains of Mamadou Soumare's wife, daughter, son and 7-month old twins arrived in the the northwest African country Saturday. They're being buried there today.

The Soumares were among ten Malian immigrants killed on March 7th, when their Bronx home was engulfed in flames.
