More Testimony at Bell Grand Jury

WNYC News | Jul 12, 2010

The supervisor of an undercover police team that shot and killed Sean Bell met with the grand jury again.

The grand jury is investigating whether any of the five officers under Liutentant Gary Napoli's command broke the law when they shot the 50 bullets on the unarmed groom and his 2 friends, who were in a car outside a Queens strip club.

Napoli is expected to be 1 of the last to testify, as the grand jury begins wrapping up its 3 month investigation into the police shooting that left Bell dead and his friends seriously wounded. The grand jury's decision on whether to indict the police officers is expected this week.
