Spitzer Inaugural Includes Tribute to New York Food

If you're planning on attending Eliot Spitzer's inauguration celebration on New Year's Day, you better hold off on starting that resolution about losing weight.

The governor-to-be's inauguration day festivities includes a food court that spans New York state's culinary highlights -- from Buffalo chicken wings to Long Island potato chips, Syracuse barbecue to Rochester ``garbage plates,'' and Manhattan knishes to Brooklyn cheesecake.

And there will be plenty of New York wine to wish it all down.
