End of Recovery at WTC Site

A ceremony marking the end of the cleanup at the site of the World Trade Center will be held on May 30th. There is no plan yet for transforming the plot of land that is now called Ground Zero into a new, living part of the city that also honors those who died on September 11th. But as WNYC's Beth Fertig reports, visions for the site ARE beginning to take shape… and they're about to move ahead very quickly.
