NJ's Drought Emergency

This month's emergency drought declaration by New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevy is designed to prevent the state from running out of water sometime in the future. But for residents of Hardystown, in rural Sussex County, whose wells have ALREADY run dry, that future is now.
