Cardinal Egan Refuses Comment

Cardinal Edward Egan continues to refuse to comment on news reports that when he was bishop of Bridgeport, Conencticut, he allowed priests accused of sexual misconduct to remain in the ministry. The Hardford Courant obtained thousands of sealed documents from lawsuits that Egan settled out of court and had fought to keep secret. WNYC's Jo Ann Allen interviewed Hartford Courant staff reporter Eric Rich and asked him about their findings.
