With Albany Poised to Pass Congestion Pricing Here's What We Know

As the New York legislature continues its budget negotiation in Albany, a deal on congestion pricing is reportedly close to being finalized. 

There was a push for congestion pricing in 2018, but all that passed was a charge on taxis and ride hail app vehicles. WNYC's transportation reporter Stephen Nessen discusses what's different this year, how much money the plan might generate, where the money would go, and what driver's think about it.
