Looking Back on the Troubles, A Sondheim Revival, Guster

Holley Fain and Fred Applegate discuss starring in the Broadway production of “The Ferryman,” which is set in rural Northern Ireland in 1981 and charts the violence and terror of the time, known as The Troubles. Journalist Patrick Radden Keefe talks about his book, Say Nothing: A True Story of Murder and Memory in Northern Ireland, which looks at the history of the Troubles in the 1970s by investigating the disappearance and murder of a mother with ten children. Actors Jessie Austrian and Ben Steinfeld discuss starring in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s production of “Merrily We Roll Along.” They are joined by Fiasco Theater's artistic director Noah Brody, who directed this revival of the 1981 Stephen Sondheim-George Furth musical. The band Guster joins us to perform two songs and discuss their new album, “Look Alive.”
