Almost Car-Free Parks

Polly Trottenberg, the commissioner of the New York City Department of Transportation and Mitchell Silver, the commissioner for the city's Department of Parks and Recreation, discuss the plan to make certain parts of Central and Prospect Parks permanently car-free.
