Shiite Militias Might Be Using U.S. Weapons, and Some Commit Atrocities

Shiite Militias, working on behalf of the new Iraqi government in Baghdad, have been accused of horrific human rights violations, including kidnapping, beheading and the clearing of Sunni neighborhoods. There are reports that some of those Shiite militias are using US weapons. Erin Evers, a researcher with Human Rights Watch, discusses the controversy.
