Are NYC's Public Libraries Falling Down?

Jonathan Bowles, executive director and David Giles, research director, at the Center for an Urban Future, review the findings in the report released this morning,"Re-envisioning the New York City’s Branch Libraries" focused on the capital funding for libraries.  They recommend changes from the current hyper-local funding model that leaves some neighborhoods with new buildings and some with leaky roofs, limited access, and out-of-date floor plans.
