Arundhati Roy talks about publishing her first novel in twenty years, The Ministry of Utmost Happiness, which sprawls across India from Delhi to Kashmir and through war and peace.  Arundhati Roy won the Booker Prize for the novel, The God of Small Things , which was published in 1997.
