New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy said his administration is taking a hard look in the mirror after last week's snowstorm left traffic in the state at a standstill. His administration said the problem stemmed from a combination of the storm being worse than predicted and unfortunate timing — it landed right as schools were getting out and rush hour was beginning.
