New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced his latest plan to address the homeless crisis by building 90 new shelters last week. The Mayor takes calls from New Yorkers about his new effort to house the homeless in their own neighborhoods.

"I think there was much more receptivity to serving their neighbors that have fallen on hard times," said de Blasio.
