August delivers a spectacular meteor shower for New Yorkers

August is a great time to look up at the night sky in New York City and surrounding areas. Several of our galaxy's planets will be shining brightly this month – and there will be a spectacular meteor shower, peaking during the night of August 11. WNYC's Rosemary Misdary shares some of this month's astronomical highlights with Weenend Edition host David Furst.
