The psychedelic soul band called Black Pumas put out their debut record last year, and were quickly rewarded with a Grammy nomination for best new artist. The core of the band is a duo, but their sound – which includes elements of Latin funk and R&B - calls for a much bigger band. Black Pumas play a live streaming session on Monday, Sep. 7 at 3PM EDT via Rolling Stone's 'In My Room' Sessions via Instagram Live.
