The so-called Islamic State has released a video showing the beheading of 21 Coptic Egyptian Christians in Libya, and Egypt has responded with an offensive against ISIS in Libya. Meanwhile, Israel is urging Jews in Europe to migrate to Israel in response to recent violence in France and Denmark. New York Times Cairo bureau chief David Kirkpatrick and New York Times Jerusalem bureau chief Jodi Rudoren, plus Jane Eisner, editor-in-chief of The Forward, discuss the two dominant stories in the Middle East this week.
