
New York's second primary election of the summer is less than a month away, and voters in the newly drawn 12th Congressional District in Manhattan will get a chance to hear directly from the Democratic candidates Tuesday night.
Rep. Carolyn Maloney, attorney Suraj Patel and Rep. Jerry Nadler are all set to participate in a 90-minute debate starting at 7 p.m. It will air live on WNYC and on Spectrum News NY1, who are co-sponsoring the event.
WNYC Senior Politics Reporter Brigid Bergin will co-moderate the debate live from the CUNY Graduate Center, alongside NY1 Politics Anchor Errol Louis.
