Chaos in Yemen, Fighting ISIS in Mosul

There's turmoil in Yemen after a Houthi rebel group forced the president from office and took over parts of the capital, Sanaa. 

And in Iraq, the US is preparing a campaign against ISIS in Mosul. 

We talk about both developments with Marc Lynch, author of The Arab Uprising: The Unfinished Revolutions of the New Middle East. He is also professor and director of the Institute for Middle East Studies at George Washington University, and director of the Project on Middle East Political Science (POMEPS), and contributing editor of The Monkey Cage.
