Chris Christie Hospitalized With Coronavirus After Going Maskless at the White House

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is among those in President Trump's circle who say he's tested positive for COVID-19.

In consultation with my doctors, I checked myself into Morristown Medical Center this afternoon. While I am feeling good and only have mild symptoms, due to my history of asthma we decided this is an important precautionary measure.

Christie remains hospitalized. Joining us to talk about the former governor and current Trump aide is WNYC’s Matt Katz, who covered Christie during his two terms in office and wrote a biography about him.
