The Torture Report Reveals Big Paychecks for Two Psychologists

According to the recent Senate report, the CIA spent $300 million on its now-defunct detention and interrogation program. And $81 million of that went toward two psychologists who engineered the interrogation techniques. New York Times national security reporter Scott Shane discusses these two psychologists and how the CIA rationalized its spending on the program.
