Ethiopia appears to have quickly won a civil war in its northern most province of Tigray. Tom Gardner, Addis Ababa correspondent for the Economist, goes over its timeline and what it means to the country's prime minister Abiy Ahmed, who won the Nobel Peace Prize just one year ago.
