Could NJ's first wind projects be saved? It's up to Orsted.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy is trying to restart his state's offshore wind industry after the Danish company Orsted pulled the plug on two major projects. How Murphy pivots away from Orsted and makes up for lost time will determine whether the state can reach it’s climate change goals by 2035.
