David Remnick Talks to Ezekiel Emanuel about Health Care

Ezekiel Emanuel is an oncologist and expert on health policy. He advised the Obama Administration on how to increase health coverage without blowing up the national budget, and now, with the A.C.A. on the chopping block, he’s met with the Trump Administration and congressional leaders. His argument, he tells David Remnick, is that we need to keep health care—not taxes—the priority in a health-care bill.
