A day after a major winter storm failed to become the "historic" event he predicted it could be, Mayor Bill de Blasio celebrated Tuesday by performing a dramatic reading for reporters in City Hall of a recent article in The Onion headlined, "NYC Mayor: ‘Reconcile Yourselves With Your God, For All Will Perish In The Tempest."
