Arctic temperatures aren't stopping the stiletto-clad fashion hordes from descending on New York to see the latest fall collections. All this week, Stella Bugbee, editorial director of The Cut, takes us behind the scenes of what she calls, "deep diving in the shallow end." Today, she's joined by The Cut's senior editor Isabel Wilkinson and fashion news editor Véronique Hyland.
