Elizabeth Ziman, Akie Bermiss at the Owl's Howliday Extravaganza
Dec. 23. 8PM. $12 suggested donation

Singer and songwriter Elizabeth Ziman has led the band Elizabeth and The Catapult, a Brooklyn-based indie band that reflects Ziman’s classical music training and her love of folk and rock. She wrote a song cycle inspired by the poetry of Leonard Cohen for a New Sounds Live concert in 2009, and during the pandemic she released a collection of songs inspired by the experience of the COVID-19 lockdown. This is one of them, called “Together, Alone,” and it’s live performance she did for us at home during quarantine. Elizabeth Ziman is one of the artists taking part in Dec. 23rd's Howliday Extravaganza, at the Owl in Brooklyn.
