Ethics Board Orders Cuomo To Pay Back $5.1m In Book Profits

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics is trying to force Cuomo to pay back more than 5 million dollars he earned for American Crisis, his 2020 memoir about the COVID-19 pandemic.
