Despite a decline in the number of accidents nationwide, Tuesday's fatal Metro-North crash proved rail crossings can still be really dangerous. Augustine Ubaldi, railroad engineering expert at Robson Forensic, discusses the danger at crossings and the ways they can be made safer.
