The week, President Trump issued aggressive statements to North Korea, promising to meet the North Korean nuclear threat “with fire and fury like the world has never seen.” On Wednesday, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson told reporters that these remarks didn’t constitute a change in policy toward Pyongyang.
