A recent AP analysis found that the Obama administration has set a new record for failing to meet Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, despite a 2009 presidential memorandum instructing all government agencies to make FOIA more accessible and "usher in a new era of open government." Bob speaks to Vice reporter Jason Leopold about his investigation into how the White House has stymied the efforts of Congress to strengthen FOIA.
