After Upper West Siders Succeed In Moving Out Homeless Hotel, Can Other Neighborhoods Be Far Behind?

Mayor de Blasio’s decision to move homeless men out of the Lucerne Hotel on the Upper West Side brings an end to a fight that’s been playing out in the neighborhood this summer. But homeless advocates and some elected officials say they expect similar problems in other neighborhoods.
