Extra caution should be used as temperatures across our area will continue to fall this evening. Residual snow and slush will refreeze, resulting in icy roads and walkways. The Winter Weather Warning remains in effect until 8PM, though Mayor de Blasio has warned against driving until midnight. Transit services are starting to resume regular schedules, though commuters should expect residual delays on all mass transit. WNYC will continue to monitor the latest information about New York and New Jersey transportation outages:
