Baltimore-based electronic wizard Dan Deacon is a man of many musical voices. He’s made glitchy pastiches, indie rave-ups, and arena-sized dance parties. But Deacon’s poly-vocal capabilities are literally evident on the single from his new record Gliss Riffer. It’s called “Feel the Lightning.” You’d be forgiven for thinking there’s a female guest vocalist, but it’s Dan doing what Dan does best: tweaking knobs and sending his voice into new sonic territory.
